Chop jalapenos, tomatoes and onions into a very small dice. 1 1/2 pounds plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped, 3/4 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeño chilies (about 2 medium), 1 garlic clove, minced. Pico de gallo, also known as salsa fresca or salsa cruda, is made with fresh chopped roma tomatos, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and big squeeze of lime juice mixed in.
